Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can amend your order until it is dispatched. Just get in touch with us! Let us know your order number and the changes you need, we will take it from there.
Can I cancel my order before it has been shipped?
Yes, you can cancel it directly from our website until it is shipped from our warehouse, which is 4-12 hours after you place your order (not including weekends & holidays). Unfortunately, you cannot cancel it once it is shipped.
Can I return or exchange my order after I have received it?

What if my product has a manufacturing defect?
In the unlikely case of a defective product, you can exchange it with a fresh product, at no cost. Kindly visit the exchanges page for more information.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) option?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery across India.

There was a payment failure while placing my order, what should I do?
If the amount has been deducted from your back account then we would request you to wait for 24 hours as it’s usually credited back to your account. If you do not receive the amount, Get in touch with us with your order number and details and we will help you out at the soonest.
