**Returns and Exchange Policy**
**EXCHANGES POLICY:**


We understand that getting the perfect fit is essential. Here's how our exchange policy works:

- **Timeframe:** You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a size exchange.
- **Condition:** The item must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for exchange.
- **Fee:** A minimal reverse logistic fee of ₹40 applies, covering 70% of the expenses.
- **Process:** Exchange orders are dispatched once we receive and verify the return shipment.
- **Limitation:** The exchange process is applicable only once for the original order.

 

**RETURNS POLICY:**

We want you to love what you ordered. Here's our returns policy:

- **Timeframe:** You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- **Condition:** Returned products must be unused and in good condition.
- **Options:**
- Store Credit: ₹80 reverse logistic fee applies, credited within 48 hours of pickup.
- Money Refund: ₹140 reverse logistic fee applies, processed upon receipt and verification.
- **Non-refundable:** Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- **Condition of Return:** Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
- **Freebies:** All freebies received must be returned with the product.
- **Limitation:** The return process is applicable only once for the original order.

**PLEASE NOTE:** Some items like Skin Care Tools, pre-curated hampers, Personalized Jewelleries, edibles, candles, books, etc., cannot be exchanged or returned.
**CANCELLATION POLICY:**


For Pre-Paid Orders:
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- Cancellation after dispatch incurs a ₹100 fee.

 

**DEFECTIVE/WRONG/MISSING PRODUCT:**


We strive for excellence in every order. Here's how we handle issues:

- **Timeframe:** Report defective products within 7 days of receiving your order.
- **Resolution:** Defective, wrong, or missing products receive a gift card or replacement shipment, not a refund.
- **Mandatory:** An unboxing video is required for claims regarding missing/defective/wrong products.
- **Special Attention:** Natural stone bracelets come with a three-month defect resolution commitment.
